Our return policy allows for hardware returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, you can cancel your order before it has shipped from our facility. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds—no exceptions.

Certain items are not eligible for return once opened. This includes all e-liquid products, such as bottles, pods, and disposable vape devices, due to health regulations.
